Reporting duplicates not working?

I reported many duplicates for the last 2 days. The procedure seems to work but I am not getting messages from the moderators. As a test I reported the same duplicate twice within a minute and normally I should get a message saying that I already reported that duplicate, but not, just the thank you message for reporting like on the first time. Not that I am crying about it but duplicates hurt the integrity of this excellent sharing site. :blownose:

That happened to me last week. I didn't report it again as I forgot which one it was

Apparently the report handling module is broken after the server update. Please bear with us.

this issue should be fixed now - after some server upgrades code did not work as expected

After the fix, all available reports were handled yesterday. So if your report dates from before the fix either you got them or not, nothing can be done.
This morning there are 58 (!) pending reports, if you reported after the fix, be patient and if the report is accepted, you will get the bonus.

I've reported several duplicates since I signed up here. But I never receive messages or the 50 Seedbonus Points.
Today I reported two duplicates (of the same torrent) and I see they are gone, but no message or seedbonus points.
What's going wrong?

@yepyep7891 ... make sure that reporting duplicates have they same format and size or (-) 10 difference in size ...
@least both torrent have 1 active seeder, dead torrent is not counted or valid, deleted torrent that has been remove by the poster that was reported is invalid ...
whoever is the 1st person reported duplicates are among the one who will get credit upon clarrification ...
there are only few staff/mod designated on these subject ...
you will be notified once reported duplicate is valid and active ...
copy and paste the two torrent link that you assume being duplicated and write tto helpdesk ...
Last but not the least be patience staff are always busy ...
