MAC uploading woes

Also, it may be helpful to know what error message (if any) you receive when you attempt to upload your torrent, and when in the process that you run into this error message. This type of information will help us be able to help you and get you going in the right direction.

I will try to upload again and post any error messages here - essentially when I have attempted before, the upload webpage hangs and nothing happens.

This may sound strange, but close Chrome, then re-open it, but do NOT go to GT.ru right away… Instead, when you open Chrome again, clear the history, cache, and cookies, then restart Chrome one more time. That should fix that issue.

This "… the upload page hangs ..." can be as well because you try to upload the big movie file, but you shall upload only the small .torrent file which you've created upon from and for it.

OK - I have now tried again - if someone could see if my torrent is working I would appreciate it - the link is here:

It is a hot one - think I know what I did wrong - this page I used to help me (https://www.gaytor.rent/uploadguide.php) is somewhat different to my utorrent I use on the Mac but I think I figured it all out.
Cheers for your help guys.

I'm on fire! Thanks for your help - I uploaded torrents on my PC last year when that promo was open.
Again, thanks for your help.

I thought that when you tried to upload the video file instead of the .torrent file, the server would abort the connection immediately and give you a message to the effect of "What the hell are you trying to upload?! That file isn't valid bencoding!"
Did this change somehow?

I've experienced for years that either the upload succeeds (if it is a relatively small video file) and then some sort of error meesage or if it is a bigger file taking very long to upload it times out with another failure message.
Sorry, don't remember the wordings of the failure messages, don't do that often >:D
