About four times per week to be honest, although there are many weeks where I don't jerk off. Often they are when I have lots of studying to do.

Oh, by the way, I jerk off, I don't know, once per month — I participate in those "no fap" challenges. Besides, my testosterone levels stay high, I receive increased power when I lift and my muscles grow more when I'm over a month without jerking off. Also, I get the added effect of being horny all the time, and it's more likely for me to leave my confort zone, get out there, and find some real sex.
However, when I'm not under "no fap", I tend to jerk off two, three times a week.
