Re-seeding Requests

I have received re-seeding requests and I feel badly for not acting upon them because when I visit the pages upon which the requested scenes resided, they seem to still be seeding. I'm not the savviest tech guy so it's very possible I'm misreading the information on the page. If I were to re-seed, I haven't been able to find info in the forum as to how to do so. I downloaded Quicklauncher, but I didn't think I should download the clip all over again. From what I was able to ascertain, there seems to be a "re-seed button," but all I'm able to see is a "re-seed request" button. I would very much like to do my part and re-seed where I'm able, I just find myself a bit lost on the tech side around here. I appreciate any assistance. Thanks very much.

Re-seeding is simple.
I'll assume you have the movie on your hard disk.
Download the torrent file again (just the little one as you do normally). Open it as usual but when your client asks where you want to save it point it at the exact file (or folder) you want to reseed. It might say it will overwite but it won't. It will check your file and if it is exactly the same, start seeding
