I mean, you can do football, get the testosterone pumping, the senses ready and then you dive into a well deserved love-making (unless you were so crushed that having sex might actually hurt you even more…)

Sex (although strenuous) doesn't really increase your metabolic rate all that much - it's much better to exercise. Although exercising may give you better results in bed
- so that's one reason to stick to sport -
