It's probably healthier to play football, but it's more important that you dexercise consistantly.

Like already said here, exercises can increase one's performance in bed. Or you can change to another kind of activity, if you prefer.

Sex (although strenuous) doesn't really increase your metabolic rate all that much - it's much better to exercise. Although exercising may give you better results in bed 😉 - so that's one reason to stick to sport

I agree. Work out, get nice a muscular/fit. Then sex 😉 yummmmm
