@raphjd As far as I am aware, listing a performer's real name is not a violation of any site rules, especially if their real name is a matter of public record. While it is technically not a violation of any site rule (at least of what is published), it is heavily frowned upon.
Also, IMHO, there is a big difference between revealing a performer's real name and publishing personal information that would doxx them. One is just a name, whereas the other is a lot more information, which could reveal far more than just their name, such as location (or address), or other contact information.
