Maybe the film wasn't even centered on locker rooms, it was just a singular scene set there, who knows.
I've been looking thru Gay Erotic Video to see if maybe I can identify the performers but no luck so far.
This guy, Don Edwards (https://gayeroticvideoindex.com/performer/6902) looks like the guy who comes at the end of the video and joins the two. According to the site he wasn't in many films and it's hard to find other pics of him. I checked the other films he was in but none had matching actors for the other two guys.
