Losing Chat Rights

It's really up to those who gave the ban, but I don't think you're permabanned.
Staff don't normally override another Staff members decision without going to them first.
Just chill for a little while and I think the ban will be lifted sometime soon.Congrats offending F00F, didn't think it was possible <kidding>.
What ever you were saying in chat, you might want to tone it down a bit.
In case you didn't know, F00F is a Moderator so you might not want to flame or offend him. ;)</kidding> -

And actually i don't have anything against f00fykins. we just got off to a bad start
I feel like i'm not as much a part of the community without my chatting rights…

I'd suggest to contact the Helpdesk, perhaps the Administrator disabling the chat will deem the ban being long enough.

I can't find the help desk. Popper will you tallk to your mod buddies and see if I could get my chat rights back. or atleast ask them to say how long i'll be banned for. I think since I've already been banned for a week, maybe 1 more week, and then it's lifted next week or something, I think that would be fair.
And I do promise to be more respectful in the future, and i don't think F00fy and I will have problems in the future. I've learned my lesson.

And just for the record, I'm the one who disabled your chat rights. F00F didn't have anything to do with it.
If I see users ignoring staff instructions or frankly disrespecting in chat, I'll shut their chat privilege off or flat out ban them from the site depending on what the situation involves. When people start acting badly, we start getting complaints immediately from other users who are watching what's going on.
So far I've done this for about a dozen users; half of which ended up being banned from the site altogether. I state this only to confirm we monitor and will take action when it is necessary. Prefer all to be mindful of one another in chat.

The bottom line for GT.ru site wide is we do not allow any disrespect for other members or Staff in any manner. This is our way of insuring a safe and thriving community for everyone.

The word "community" used here would seem to require a respect for that "community" as well IMHO. Trust me I understand that as Humans we all screw up from time to time and lord knows I have made my fair share of screw ups even as a Staff Member. I would suggest you send a message to the Help Desk directed to F00F with the request that it be forwarded to him as start to repair this situation.
