You get upload credit equal to the amount other people download from you, same as with any other torrent you seed.
If it is your first upload, you can get a 600 point seedbonus credit:

People might also give you seedbonus points as thanks for a quality video but that usually doesn't amount to much.

You get 0.5 SBP per hour that you seed at least one torrent. As for uploading a torrent, the only way to get additional points from it is if someone leaves a thank you on the torrent and adds SBP on top.
