Can't download torrent and falsely states that I have bad ratio!

Been here for years and this is the first time seeing the tracker bug out like this. My ratio is above 0.8 and I'm only downloading a few, nowhere near the limit. Please fix this. I imagine a lot of other people will have the same issue as well.

It would appear that you may have fallen victim to a system glitch. I will reset your account profile to resolve this.
