UK Porn Ban
-
How will this site be affected by the UK banning of specific genres of porn content (if at all)? Banned content includes anything related to suffocation/breathplay, sex between relatives, etc.
Apologies if this topic has been dealt with elsewhere. I find the forums hard to navigate since I don't use them often. -
@jaro1190 It won't.
The ban is specifically on making and/or hosting and streaming said material, neither of which any torrent sites do. Some searches will say that you cannot possess it but that's on the individual, not the site, and unless you're doing other things that may attract scrutiny it's doubtful that anyone will ever find it even if you choose to have it.

Hi @jaro1190,
thanks for asking. Nothing changes on the site for now: the rules and categories stay as they are. What applies to you personally depends on where you live, so please check your local rules yourself.

The ban only applies to England & Wales, at least for now.
I expect Scotland will bring it in eventually.
