@boykamai there's no way to realistically enforce a rule like that, because:

        • not everything that is labeled as "bait" is actually a bait.
        • some bait content might not be labeled and pass as just a deliberate showoff.
        • basically the only way to enforce this rule would be to remove basically any content that is not immediately traceable.

Once again I'd like to remind everyone that it's not mandatory that you speak.

@boykamai We already have a similar rule in place. Any content that is or claims to be rape, regardless of whether or not it is real is removed whenever we find it. This includes any content that involves claims that a person in the video is passed out drunk, or otherwise asleep at the time of the sexual activity.

My understanding on this rule is that it's because even if the content is not real as it claims to be, such content borders way too closely to legitimate rape, so for the best interests of everyone involved, we want to stay away from such content.

So any content which claims that the person was passed out drunk, was sleeping, etc, or content that claims to be rape gets removed rather quickly, regardless of whether or not the claim is true, and regardless of whether or not the content appears to be real. It is easier to blanket ban it than it is to have to have staff review it in some way and determine whether or not it's real. There's also the possible issue that if it is real, it may potentially be evidence of a crime, and that's a can of worms we don't want to have anything to do with.

There is no rule specifically against exposure or bait torrents, however there is a general policy that we do not publish anyone's personal information such as their ID, so as a general rule, any such "bait" or "exposure" torrent, which contains a person's sensitive information such as their driver's license, passport, other forms of ID, or even their personal information like social security number (known in Canada as social insurance number), or any other such official identification information is generally removed to preserve the person's privacy and honour our general guideline that we do not hand out such information under any circumstances.

For other torrents (especially home made videos) where the person in the video finds out that it's available on the site, we tend to remove such torrents if the person makes contact and requests that it be removed to respect their privacy. Some people have pitched a hairy conniption fit because of this because "why did my torrent get removed?", but we generally are of the view that a person's right to privacy must be respected and protected wherever possible, even if it means someone else is going to get their panties in a knot about it.

@MrMazda lengthy hm? I reported rape-play content one or two times and the reaponse i got from another mod was that it was ok because they were adults and it was from a studio, which kinda makes sense but makes the whole point of the rule meaningless.

Once again I'd like to remind everyone that it's not mandatory that you speak.

@ianfontinell How long ago was this? There are very few studios that release that kind of thing, and I know that the boss has made clear that anything that borders on or otherwise claims to be rape (whether it's real or not), or anything that borders on sleep rape must be removed right away, but the only exception I know of to that is content from a studio called rapesection, because their videos are obviously marked as theirs, and the studio itself is known for being legit, so the possibility of problems doesn't exist with their content.

that is a different story bc they are doing so out of their own will to be exposed, as it happens to be a very common kink in the dom-sub/master-slave community. whenever i see a drivers license i know i'm standing before a total slut 😅

@ianfontinell It is a real kink and it is a real thing that some people do wish to have done to them, but as far as I'm aware, we have always been a little sticky with that kind of content when there is identity information involved.

I can't go into specifics, but I do know that even if the person is willing to have their information exposed, having such content on the site (at least where the revealing of ID is concerned) can open a whole can of worms that no one here wants to have to open, so we generally remove such content when government issued ID is involved.

It should also be noted that in some parts of the world, and even in some parts of the United States (like the state of Texas), doxxing someone is actually a serious criminal offense, so I would be very reluctant to post or download any such content just to be safe. I don't know the ins and outs of the legal implications surrounding downloading such content, and I can't give legal advice about it (as I'm not a lawyer), but I do know enough to know that as much as some of that kind of content is rather arousing, it may be best to avoid such content.

I do definitely find that kind of content fascinating, largely because of the mentality and reasoning (not to mention submissiveness) one would have to have to not only want someone to expose you like that, but also to get off on it. I just don't know that I necessarily want to run a possible risk of opening the door to any kind of legal consequences in the name of getting my rocks off, if ya know what I mean...

We already have a similar rule in place. Any content that is or claims to be (insert semi-banned porn type)

We used this specific language because some porn studios did "fantasy" or spoof stuff. We ban snuff films, but allow Best Death videos because BD was clearly fake. The guys were smiling and trying to keep from laughing in the videos. While it pretended to be a snuff video, it clearly wasn't, and they never claimed it was real.
