Uploaded Torrent - Haven't gotten any credit
-
Hi Everyone,
I uploaded https://www.gaytor.rent/details.php?id=G4iIi8QoPy6-BsMt2PRirw . I seeded until a few people had the torrent. I'm using Bittorent Web.
Since upload the torrent has been very popular. I haven't been getting any credits since upload for it.
Please help, am I doing something wrong?

Also, I've been trying to understand what kind of credit we receive from an upload; aside from the initial file size. Could someone clarify that for me. Like how it works?

@filthycasual1337 when you upload a torrent, you should get at least its total size converted into upload traffic, you can see in your own client how much data you uploaded.
in theory it should also be possible to check how much you have downloaded/uploaded for all torrents using the userdetails page, but it's broken and reports 0kB for everything.
in the transfer stats table, you can see how much you have uploaded in the last 24 hours, this should make it easier for you to keep track of your contributions. here's mine for example:

after other members finish downloading your torrent, you start competing with them, so when more people tries to download it. if your internet provider uses a carrier-grade NAT you are highly disfavored, as it reduces your ability to connect with other peers. other things also matter, like your internet speed and where you are located.
usually people who use a seedbox get a big boost, because they have the best locations, speed and connectivity.
but just so you know, this is pretty much the standard behavior, without a seedbox you will seed only slightly more than the total torrent size.
there's no other benefit, don't be tricked into believing that you get bonus points for keeping torrents seeding because this is virtually non-existent. you get 1 point per hour, so the max you will get is 24 points per day if you never turn off your computer.
other members can give you bonus points as a way to thank you for the upload, but it's rare. you can use those points to freeleech torrents or to buy upload traffic.
in the future there will be more things to do with those points, but for now it's pretty much just this.

There is nothing you can really do if you posted under .099 GB of torrentz and your ratio is more on downloading than posting content w/c trigger your ratio as well ...
As my courtesy 100 SBP to trade 1.0 GB in the traffic goodluck !!!
