Here's one way you can do it. These instructions are for Google Chrome but the process is very similar for other browsers.
- Open the video page but do not click play yet.
- Right-click in an empty area of the page and choose "Inspect" (or press ctrl-shift-i).
- In the panel that opens, navigate to the "Network" tab.
- Just below those tabs, click "Media" to filter out those requests.
- Click play on the video. You should now see a new request appear in the Network panel.
- Right-click on it and choose "Open in new tab".
- From there you should be able to save the video (right-click on it if you can't find the option).
