Here's one way you can do it. These instructions are for Google Chrome but the process is very similar for other browsers.

Open the video page but do not click play yet.
Right-click in an empty area of the page and choose "Inspect" (or press ctrl-shift-i).
In the panel that opens, navigate to the "Network" tab.
Just below those tabs, click "Media" to filter out those requests.
Click play on the video. You should now see a new request appear in the Network panel.
Right-click on it and choose "Open in new tab".
From there you should be able to save the video (right-click on it if you can't find the option).
