Could be a bit of editing though.
i bet its AI but theres possibility that AI have taken inspiration from other pics and made that it looks similar to someone we know

At first I thought it was just photoshop, but look at his hand - not enough fingers, or is one just hidden? -
knees too wide
eyebrow too pointy
calf muscles on legs don't match
shoulders too bony
...and what is going on with his NOSE? -
I'm thinking it's based on the guy I've seen on Twitter but with a bunch of AI adjustments.
