@frostycab mmm... you know.. I think most supposedly real scat scenes are actually fake scat, but presented as being real.
Frankly, in this picture, the scat is not my biggest concern.. it is that rubber mask that seems to be suffocating him. A LOT of people die as a result of asphyxiation during sex.. including David Carradine / Kung Fu. I think many "sucides" are actually auto-erotic assfixiation.
