Why do I suddenly need a monitor to approve the photos I uploaded to my torrent?

This is a new one for me, so I thought I'd ask.
I just uploaded a torrent and only one picture is visible. All the rest say they need a moderators approval before they become visible. Is this the new norm?
Here's my torrent:

@Richiroma Pictures that are added after the torrent is uploaded require mod approval. You will only have this issue if adding the pictures AFTER the upload. All pictures added when you upload the torrent should automatically be approved.

- You can add a 25-30 (+) images before/during upload presentation ...
Once it is successfully uploaded ...
You can only modify and add a picture under 10 images once it is posted to be approve by staff ... -
@MrMazda I see. So do I tell the moderators or do they get some kind of message that there are photos waiting to be approved?

@Richiroma They go into our photo approval module, which staff review as they have the time.
