[OF] Master King Phil collection - not downloading?

For some reason I cannot download this particular file. I have to admit I'm not as tech savvy as some so maybe someone could help me. It's been in the queue for a long time to download and I have downloaded other files since. Sometimes if I close my Qtorrent software and open it again the downloads recommence, but not that one. Can anyone give me an idea why? It seems to have plenty of seeders.

@adamshepardl Check your queuing settings. It may be that you have a maximum number of active torrents set somewhere, and this torrent is farther down the queue than the limit.

@MrMazda thanks I tried this, and I have no maximum amount set. Also in the past for some reason when I shut down my Qtorrent for a while then reopen it again, sometimes they start again. Tried it this time and these ones just won't budge.

most torrent client has queueing option setting to prevent inactive torrent from taking slot ...
normal is 8/5 : this will allows download/upload process runs smoothly ...
[too many torrent running means a lot of memory to handle process w/c slows PC] ...
Setting Options :
- options [toolbar]/preferences/queueing ...
