How much do I need to improve my ratio to go down at a good speed?

Before my download privileges were revoked I used to download up to 800kb. I've just balanced myself a bit, but my downloads don't exceed 100kb. My question is how much should I improve my rate so that my downloads are fast again? Currently my ratio is 0.525

You have a misunderstanding of how the system works. (It's OK - most people do! Indeed, MANY people think they're downloading all this porn from GT.ru (or the new gaytor.rent) itself!)
The reality is that you ONLY download the .torrent file from here... after that, all file transfers are between peers: (the peer WITH the data being the seeder, the peer NEEDING the data being the leecher)... hence, the technology is called P2P (as in: peer-2-peer).
Just as the .torrent file itself doesn't contain any porn, the tracker itself doesn't either - only computer instructions on how to GET IT!
So, if your speeds are slower, blame the seeders or something else in your system - but the site itself plays no role in setting, capping, or even measuring your speeds!
