I have bb sex pretty much exclusively and now whenever I try condom sex it doesn't stay hard at all. I just don't feel very much at all no matter how hot the guy I'm with is. What should I do?

@pasha Get tested. Get on PREP. Get a condom that fits. Put lube inside the condom.

All excellent suggestions:

Get PrEP to protect against HIV infection... as a positive side effect, you'll visit your Dr once every 3-6 months and get std and other blood tests to help make sure you remain healthy!
Try to have sex with other guys who ALSO take sexual health seriously - either on PrEP, on HIV meds (e.g. Poz-Undetectable), or who are otherwise aware of, and manage the risks of human sexuality (which is nothing new - sex has been "risky" since the beginning of time!)
Use condoms when you can - and lubricate yourself BEFORE your put on the condom (as well as after) - this increases the sensations exponentially and should eliminate the "dull" sensations you're experiencing now

@pasha Do you have access to recreational hard-on pills? Or, you can discuss this with your Doctor. Condom use can be a sort of mind over matter but the hard-on pills will help you wrap up - especially in a dark room.

you should always practice safe sex, especially when you have many partners!
try a thin condom. Don't just expose yourself to risk like that!! you should take care more of yourself!!
