new torrent, seeding bar is red

I made a new torrent with QuickTorrentMaker which uploaded it thru my uTorrent client, except that I get the dreaded "red bar" on initial seeding.
No error messages, 1 peer connected / trying to leech, but nothing going up. What should I do?

Whoa, now all my bars are red!
Would tis be a site problem, an account (mine) problem, or something I needc to do differently in my uTorrent client? Stopping and restarting it has not helped.
