What was your first LGBT place on the internet?
My first was Gay.Net when it was a BBS/Telnet/WorldGroup that migrated into a web page before being sold.

My first would have to be my own BBS "Dracula's Castle". Which I ran for about 12 years, back in the late 80's early 90's. It was part of the FidoNet network. Had a hidden section you needed to request access to for the "good stuff". It was quite popular if I do say so myself.

I'm not 100% but it must have been AIM's gay group chat. I was barely 14 at the time ;D
