Hey, I wondered, is it normal to have a low UL speed and a high DL speed on uTorrent ?
I'm at around 10 mo/s at downloading but it rarely exceeds 2 ko/s when i'm uploading, this makes me very difficult to seed and thus results in me having low UL and a bad ratio..

        Not a lot of information.

Do a speed test to see what  your actual capabilities are as a baseline:

Your actual upload speed will depend on a lot of things including how fast peers can download.  It's not unusual to have only one downloader with a very slow speed.

I've done the speedtest here are the results :
          Ping : 3
          Download : 301.70 mbps
          Upload : 671.82 mbps

It should be faster than normal. Is the leecher's DL speed affects the UL speed ? Because between 671mbps and 2kos there's a huge difference.

That's odd, download rates are usually much faster than upload rates.  I wonder if something was downloading and using bandwidth at the time you ran the test?

Anyway, looks like  you have decent upload capacity.

Yes, no matter what  your upload capacity is, actual upload rates will be dependent on whatever rate leechers are capable of.

If you never achieve significant upload rates, there may be some sort of problem, but it is not unusual to have a single leecher downloading at a very low rate, such as you describe.

Do you ever have higher upload rates?  I suspect so, because you have uploaded a significant amount and your ratio is not terrible.

I did the test again without downloading and it's the same results with only some mbps of difference.
Usually, when i upload torrents with my uTorrent opened my upload rate is actually fast (around 3mbps) so i seed a lot, but for freeleech torrents or when i close uTorrent then open it later, it stagnates around 2kos :/.
Uploading new torrents really helped me increase my ratio, if i only seeded freeleech torrents my ratio would be really bad i think haha

It should also be noted that some ISP's (depending on where in the world you are) will throttle a user's network traffic when they see P2P traffic across their network. If this is the case, your best plan of defense (for a few reasons) is to invest in a VPN. This will hide your traffic from your ISP, and will give you an extra layer of protection while on the internet.

Also, looking at the torrents in your profile, it does not seem like there are any leechers actively downloading the content. This could be another aspect of the problem.
