      “Imitation of Life” (1959)

      http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0052918/

Pretty much the last 10 minutes of the movie, especially those final few!

I was watching the movie with my mom, and maybe around seven years old; and I think at that age, my crying was probably more caused by seeing her crying, than the movie!

It was a long while before a movie made me tear-up again, and I couldn’t even tell you what the movie was.

As I got older, either the movie moments got sadder, and there were more movies with them, or I just got weepier after my 30’s; because I couldn’t even tell you how many got me “going!”

And…as I get older still, the movie moments don’t even have to be sad ones anymore!
