How to clean butt before sex?

I like to take a shower and make sure my entire body is clean.
As for the butt, I know many people use enema to flush out all the poop or inject water into their anal and flush it out. I heard this can be quite bad for your body but I'm not 100% certain about this. Personally, I think this is a lot of effort and I don't like to make the shower stinky or dirty. I just use soap and finger and slowly insert into my anal and make sure the rim and inner area of the hole is clean and rinse with water. My sex partner never complained that it was dirty and I've never seen any poop stain so I'm guessing this is alright.
I think it also helps to take a poop before having sex to get it all out of the system and eating "clean food" such as salad or rice and not like curry or something spicy haha.

I have been using enemas for 25 years and I have never had an issue.

High fibre diet is really important. It allows the poop to be expelled without leaving a paste of oily feces smeared internally. Plus it's good for you.
That being said, rinsing out helps too. What I've found is that less fluid is more effective - more fluid goes too high and then you're leaking dirty water from your intestines into your rectum. At that point, you have to give up or do a high enema. Unless you're going VERY deep, there's no reason to clean up there.
So: Maximum 30ml (not very much, that's 2Tbs) of warm water. Repeat as desired. I usually hold the first water for a few minutes, then expel. After that, you can do some repeated 5-10ml rinses until things are very clean (doesn't take long).

I shower, unscrew the shower head and shove that up there like a douche.

Get an enema or a douche. It will help you immensely. Also, invest in a high-fiber diet.
