Do you have more male or female friends

In high school, female by a mile. In college, 50/50. These days, I suppose it leans slightly male. Still, I find my female friends just as wonderful. I actually stopped posting on one GT board (to remain unnamed) because the misogyny was so palpable.

In real life, pretty much only male.
I have an equal number of male/female work-friends.
And it's pretty much equal on FB, Twitter, etc., though those friends represent everyone from high school forward.

Female, mostly. But the single male friend that I have is the one that I trust the most. We've known each other since kindergarten. :hug:

When I was at secondary school it was mostly female (~75%), but in terms of going round friends houses I always went round the male friends.
Since I left secondary school the amount of girl friends I had shot down dramatically so my friends are now practically 90-95% male.

I have always had more male friends.

I had more male friends until high school when I had a crush on my female best friend, and starting hanging around her friends to get closer to her. Well, all of the females realized I was a good listener, and came to me asking for advice to their problems. Which resulted in me having more female friends than males… over the years, it has become a good balance of both.

I have significantly more female friends than male friends. I wish I had more male friends but I run into the problem of them turning out to be very chauvinistic or homophobic, which really disappoints me cause I liked them up until that point.

when i was younger i had more female friends than male but as i grew older i gained more male friends

It’s about even for me. My best friend happens to be female but other than her, I spend a lot of my time hanging out with my guy friends.

I have 1 female friend, had two but one transitioned.

In high school, most of my friends were female.
Now, in adulthood, all my friends are male. Weird how it switched.

I have a few female friends, but they are best friends. -
Mostly male friend. All of them straight or at least straight acting. So, occasionally, it is kind of boring around them.
