What kind of thoughts cross your mind when you meet a guy wearing an earring?

Earring? Doesn't phase me. Two earrings or something like a diamond (anything flashy) and I'm thinking this person is trying to distinguish themselves, be special, yada yada yada.
A person with their lobes stretched, however… I see those people as not having foresight. It's a gross generalization but my first thought is there goes a person with poor decision-making skills.

What kind of earring would be fit for a hero? A stud, a hoop, a symbol? What kind of hero is worthy of an earring?

One example from Western history comes to mind.
Sailors used to get a gold hoop earring to mark the first time they crossed the Equator. Hence the pirates with earrings. -

Don’t know that, bcos it’s just a traditional, no one see a hero in recent days

I usually go with thinking "I hope I'm not late for my appointment", sometimes "I wonder if X is doing well" or rarely "I want to lick his nape".

I have no real care about a person with an earring. I just find it as a person's way to stylize their own body.

Not necessarily, though I may think of it as a sign that the guy wearing it wants to be considered pretty.
