Not necessarily, though I may think of it as a sign that the guy wearing it wants to be considered pretty.

No not necessarily a sign that the person is gay, some people do think like that though.

A person with their lobes stretched, however… I see those people as not having foresight. It's a gross generalization but my first thought is there goes a person with poor decision-making skills.

I'm pretty staid and I've had an earring since 1982.
Frankly, a single small piercing is something I don't notice anymore.

Because there are so many guys with them?
