Exceptional request about visit frequency due to health issues.

Hi all,
I recently received emails from the site telling me that I have to connect regularly to the site to maintain my account. I perfectly understand why this policy is enforced but I would like to place a request about that. I've been diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in March and have been in treatment since then in different hospitals. I only have my phone there and zero libido due to the different drugs.
I won't get my computer back nor a pseudo normal life before several months and I'm not sure I'll be able to connect even once on my phone like tonight to maintain my account.
So could you please not suspend or suppress my account even if I don't connect for the next 6 or 8 months which is the supposed heavy treatment time left to do.

Normally, this is an automated process. With that being said however, it is an automated process that hasn't been run in some time, so unless something changes again, you shouldn't have anything to worry about.
