"…it creeps me out to see a guy with a vagina! eek!"
True as that may be, it still doesn't change the fact that there are guys with a vagina–"Shemale"--both incorrect and inappropriate in terms of gender identification

Because it's shit like this that causes places like NYC, Canada and others to punish people and businesses for accidentally misgendering someone. NYC, for example, punishes businesses $125,000 each time they accidentally misgender a person, and $250,000 each time if it was on purpose. How the fuck is anyone supposed to guess that this girly girl claims she's a boy?
See above. Also, it has caused problems at the same school for the real trans person.
Again, see above.
This is false. I live in NYC. No business has been fined for accidentally misgendering someone. You can be fined for deliberately misgendering someone repeatedly after they've made their pronouns clear to you, although this has yet to happen.
Again: how does this impact you?

Nevermind….it's too easy.
For every law there is always going to be someone who is going to push the boundaries and challenge it. I don't know this persons entire story but it sounds like the school made very reasonable accomodations for her. Her actions do real harm to the millions of people who legitimately just want to take a piss.

Just because it hasn't happened YET, doesn't change the fact that it is the law.
$125,000 for accidentally misgendering someone each time
$250,000 for doing it on purpose.
Shit laws hurt everyone, they spread like cancer.
Like a typical modern liberal, you are advocating the denial of free speech to those you who don't agree with your lunacy.

That's my point.
The real trans at the school was ignored (in a good way) and everyone went about their business as usual, nobody cared. Then Elliot Cope jumps on the trans trander bandwagon and things changed for the worse.
I don't know anyone who cares about real trans people (not in a bad way). Though I know a lot, including real trans people, who hate trans trenders and self proclaimed gender terrorists.

Identity politics hurts all. I'm a businessman, and my sexual orientation does not define the fact that my top priorities are for common sense tax and regulatory laws. That's my top priority; not my sexual identity. That's what keeps food on the plate and the mortgage paid.
In all business, you need to treat everyone with respect. If you act like an ass towards your customers, they'll know, and you won't be in business very long. So, as far as transgendered restrooms go, I get both sides of the argument. Transgenders want to be treated with respect, while law enforcement has uses the gender identity of bathrooms in order to nail genuine perverts for Trespass, thereby kicking genuine perverts out of your business permanently.
Government needs to stay out of the businesses domain, and let the businesses behave according to the treat your customers respectfully rule, and the marketplace will take care of itself. I'm sure I've had transgenders use a restroom that doesn't correspond with their gender at my business before: law of statistics, not verified knowledge. There haven't been any problems. People need to trust in common sense instead of hyping matters. Common sense is a two way street. We need to not look to push the envelope just to make virtue signalling points, and businesses need to treat us with respect because that's what businesses are suppose to do. When this breaks down, the business will lose customers if they treat them disrespectfully, or gain customers if the virtue signalling garners a backlash.

Cite where this whole "accidental/on purpose thing" is in the law. You can't.
Also, I'm not a liberal. There is no right to harass and intimidate people.

Go back and read the threads here. I linked to it before when we discussed Canada's version of the law.
Yeah, ok, you're not a modern liberal.

Canada's version of the law is not NYC's. NYC does not penalize unintentional misgendering.
I'm not a liberal. I am way to the left of whatever liberals stand for.

So you're a communist.
According to the NYC law, you have to refer to my gender as attack helicopter and my name is Hillary Clinton. None of that shit is on any ID I have, but fuck you, it's the law.
Too bad they didn't go modern liberal batshit crazy so I could demand you refer to me as a studly 18yo black attack helicopter named Hillary Clinton.

If you lived in NYC, I would respect your gender. The law says nothing about impersonating famous people however, and you would likely be subject to prosecution for identity theft.
I have to laugh at your hypocrisy. As a member of the right, you believe in small government, but you support that bathrooms are legally segregated by gender? Why not just have one bathroom for everyone and fuck regulating that shit?
-
I never said I was THAT Hillary Clinton. I said you are to refer to me as a studly 18yo black attack helicopter named Hillary Clinton.
THAT Hillary Clinton is an idiotic feminist white woman. Not the same.

Okay. Well so long as it's not an identity theft thing, that's fine.
Again, what's the issue?

Here's my two cents on the whole transgender bathroom issue:
Stop asking how people identify. Stop making gender exclusive bathrooms.
There will always be Cartmans in this world trying to take advantage of a controversial subject for their own gain. All you can do is weed them out when you find them and stop giving them the attention or special treatment they are looking for. In any case, you should not be holding people who really do feel this way accountable for the people who only pretend to feel this way.
Also, we could be looking at a person who was born female, feels like they should be a male, but wants to be a female because of societal pressure or parental influence. Or maybe they were born female, feels male but enjoys not conforming to gendered norms with regard to clothing choices and hairstyle decisions.

Ok, I'm latino today. I haven't decided what my gender for the day, or minute for that matter, is yet. My current age is 25 and I'm a stop sign. I'm also demisexual, at least while I write this post.

I don't even know the point you're trying to make. Do you?

LOL, another slow SJW. Everything is fluid, according to you SJWs.
Don't judge me, I'm just following the rules you lunatics made.
Hell, I'm feeling like a 43yo Chinese pansexual water bottle now.
It's your job to heap praise on me now, for being such a hero.

I get what you're saying, I just don't get how it's productive to the conversation or how it relates to the issue of legally enforcing gender segregation by bathroom

Do you really think this is how it works? If so I genuinely feel sorry for you
