Gloves for protection?

So since I am very carefull with health and std's, I always used latex gloves to play with others or have others play with me especially from the behind area. So I wanted to ask,has anybody else done that as well? I think it is a very healthy and safe habbit but I am not sure how others see it…

From a health perspective, most medical professionals will recommend the use of gloves, largely due to the fact that the under side of your finger nails (no matter how short) are a magnet for bacteria. When inserted inside of someone's rear end, there is obviously going to be large amounts of fecal bacteria, including the potential for ecoli, which if picked up and accidentally injested, can be quite harmful, or in extreme cases, even fatal. Granted, the risk of it becoming fatal is not that great, but nevertheless, it is a theoretical risk. So, if not for the STD factor, for the simple health perspective behind it, I too recommend this as a good idea. It also helps prevent finger nails from cutting into the sensitive tissues inside of one's rear end.

I disagree that it is rare… Granted, it is more common to see raw fisting, however there are a number of studios and/or videos that I can think of off the top of my head that all use gloves.

If I understood him correctly, he was talking about the use of gloves in fisting porn. While it is generally its own unique niche, there are a number of studios that specialize in fisting porn. Of them, I would agree that it is more common to see raw fisting (without gloves), however there are quite a few out there that do use gloves.
That's what I was getting at, under the assumption that he was referring to the use of gloves in fisting porn.
