What are those triangles on some torrent names?

I shall take a look. Check your PM's in a few moments… I will see what may qualify for refreshing. There are certain criteria that torrents must meet in order to be refreshed.

EDIT: Correction… I just took a quick look at your torrent history, and none of your uploads are old enough yet to qualify for refresh, unless they should go dead. That being said however, they do qualify for (and can possibly be nominated for) freeleech status to help make them a little more popular.

Ok, great! Thanks a lot mate

See the edit to my previous post.

Ok… I'm really sad to hear that but could you tell me how old (approximately) should my torrents be to be able to qualify for refresh, so that I know when I could ask you for refreshing them? :blownose:

And since you said you could make some of them as freeleech, I'd be very happy for this option aswell
Btw, I'd like these 2 for freeleech, if that's okay with you

We have a bit of a series of guidelines for refreshing torrents. As a general rule, if promoting based on age alone, the general standard is 12 months…
But... In a case where a torrent only has 1 - 2 seeders, this can sometimes be qualified at 6 months.
If a torrent is dead, generally speaking, that can qualify it if trying to bring the torrent back to life, but in some cases, these torrents will be made freeleech instead.
In a case where a torrent is more than 12 months old, but it has 10 or more seeders, this will generally require that the torrent is 24 - 36 months before it can qualify to be refreshed.
Lastly, in some cases, the torrent being older than 48 months, it can qualify for refresh. This is practice is most common when duplicate uploads occur.

As for making those torrents freeleech, I will see what I can do.

Oh, ok… Well, thanks for telling me all of this and for trying to help me with refreshing aswell as freeleeching.
Looking forward to see what's gonna happen with freeleeches...

Well…if you're really in a giving mood, I've also got a list of uploads--longer and many of them much older, and I'd also really appreciate some of that love!

Omg! :crazy2: I can see you've made both of my torrents as freeleech for about 6-7 days!!! :afr: :cheesy2:
:thankyou: sooo much @'MrMazda', love you soooo much!!! :bighug:

It was actually someone else who made them freeleech, but only because I sent them the link and asked if they could spare some points.

Well, it doesn't matter, if it wasn't for you my torrents would have never been made as a freeleech, so thank you and the other guy for making my wish come true, you're both very kind, love you sooo much

-
I'd also like to know the other guys name who made my torrents as freeleech, I already thanked you so I'd like thanking him personally aswell (unless he doesn't want me to know his accounts name and thank him by PM - which is okay cause I respect his decision, whichever it is)

I came in late in this discussion, with all the reference to Triangles.
When Ellis mentioned this, i saw NO triangle. He said, "to the left of the title." No triangle. Instead, i have a rectangle with "26 7A" inside. Wuzzupwidat?

I think the problem is that you're using Windows XP, which doesn't have the greatest of UTF-8 support, and instead, forces the Windows-ISO character set encoding, which does not support this character. It is the little triangular arrows that are most commonly associated with a recycling bin logo. In your case, your system seems to display this as an unknown character with the generic code box, rather than the proper character.
