You might try reading on the Internet WHY people feel disgusted after masturbation... you might also try questioning yourself when you start feeling disgusted by trying to become aware of what thoughts you're having when feeling disgusted (seeing your thoughts will show you what you believe in those moments)... so when you discover your thoughts that you're believing when feeling disgusted, you'll now be able to change those believes into the opposite ones (better feeling ones) by trying to see WHY the opposite ones (better feeling thoughts) are more true then those you currently believe in. So you'll see which of the opposite thoughts and proofs (better feeling ones) feel like true to you and you'll be able to believe in them instead of those painful ones you currently believe in! This way you'll be able to feel good after masturbation instead of feeling bad. -
