Missing Image Upload link on torrent with a solo generic image

When i downloaded a torrent this evening (Dark Alley - "Gutted" link is below), I noticed it had a single generic preview picture. I went ahead and made some screen grabs and 90 frame thumbnail overview to upload, but when I opened the page there was no link to add images. Again, there remains only one basic image associated with the torrent.

Sure, I should have looked for the link before preparing the screen grabs, but that would have only changed the wording of this post to inquire about how a torrent without any thumbnail overview or even one single screen grab from the video earns a configuration setting for no additional images to be added?

There were pictures pending approval on this torrent that have now been approved. The system has deemed the torrent to have reached its maximum number of pictures.
