Why is creating a new torrent so damn complicated?

I had a good torrent to upload, but just forget it!!! I'll keep it for myself. I'm so damn tired spending the last two hours trying to figure it out. You'd think technology would make this easier but nope. Why does uploading torrents have to be so damn frustrating!???!?!

Where did you fall down?
It is really quite simple, especially after the first one. Even using the manual upload.
First check that you are not posting a duplicate.
You create your torrent (a couple of clicks in uTorrent), gather at least one picture and some info.
Go to the Upload Page
Follow each step on that. When you get to the bottom, post your torrent. If it uploads successfully, download the torrent file you have just posted and use THAT to seed your torrent (not the original one you created). Open it but instead of saving, point your torrent client to the exact file you made the torrent from. It should check the file and start seeding.
You can use QTM if you use Windows but I didn't have much luck with that

But first make torrent file of your video with utorrent. But it's true, it's very simple once you know what you need. So in case noone explained to you, here is step by step for dummies You have file video.mp4 and want to upload it
1. open utorrent/go to file tab/make new torrent/add file or add directory/create and save as
if you've done everything right you get file video.mp4.torrent
2. here on gt.ru click on upload/ click on upload page/Select Category
3. 4 things here are neccesary
Pictures you have to upload at least one normal size picture
Torrent Name
Description -if you upload one file, usually there's summary for video
-if you upload folder, I'd write titles of videos you upload
Torrent file find your video.mp4.torrent file on your disk and choose it.
4. click on "do it" and if you did everything right you click download like you'd want to download your own video and choose where to save it, which is where you already have video.mp4 file.
That's it. File gets into checking and when is 100% you get to seed it. In case it's not seen on search page remove torrent from utorrent but don't delete your file from disk. Click on download torrent again. This time it shouldn't be dead.
If it looks on your utorrent like noone is downloading after few minutes, click on stop amd start and when there are 3 downloaders, torrent will start working.

Easiest way to create torrent in uTorrent is to press CTRL+N to get the create dialogue and then drag your file to the Select Source box.
And you can put anything in the tracker box (I put "this is just nonsense"), the gt.ru tracker will be inserted when you download your torrent. That is the same on all torrent sites I've used. You just need to tell uTorrent to ignore it when you create the original torrent.

Actually, to be totally honest, the tracker can be anything you so wish to set it to. Once you upload the .torrent file to the tracker, the system overwrites anything you have in the .torrent file for trackers so that when every user downloads the .torrent from the site to download the contents, their personal passkey is added instead.
