In the 80s there was a bit of a "penis pump" trend in porn (I sure never saw / would want to see or do it in real life), where guys would put their penises in vacuum sealed tubes and pump the air out to enlarge them. The dicks didn't get hard, though, just bloated and floppy. It was so ugly and gross – I'm glad that trend ended.

Its interesting to notice that "regrowing foreskin" is on the list but elective surgery to have it removed is also weird if there is no medical need for it to be done.
