I think if us guys would learn to use our cocks better size wouldn't always be such a factor.

In the 80s there was a bit of a "penis pump" trend in porn (I sure never saw / would want to see or do it in real life), where guys would put their penises in vacuum sealed tubes and pump the air out to enlarge them.
