Extra bonus for uploads?

is it a idea to give uploaders a reward (extra ratio or bonuspoints). The uploader must make a extra effort to make te file and make it ready for this site. It takes some time to make it.
A download is very easy, just one click.
At this time the only thing you get are the points other members give you for a upload and most of the time nobody does that.The question is, is it possible or a idea to give ulploaders something extra for the effort and time?

But, saitek, I got a total of two thanks for my last two uploads :cry2:
But the uploader will get added ratio equal to at least the size of his file while he is seeding his post. So it is not totally without a reward.
But I give you a :hug2: for thinking of the uploaders

agreed- i get more points for adding a photo for uploads that needs additional photo- the policy isn't that hard to change.
people with hugely fast seeing speed get more from the awesome torrents i make then i do -
