I jerk off at least one a day (by night, in silence, ideally). Maybe two, depends how horny I'm. Sometimes I like past two or three days by my pleasure.

I basically jerk off at least three times a day, so that makes it at least 21 jerk offs in a week.

Oh, by the way, I jerk off, I don't know, once per month — I participate in those "no fap" challenges. Besides, my testosterone levels stay high, I receive increased power when I lift and my muscles grow more when I'm over a month without jerking off. Also, I get the added effect of being horny all the time, and it's more likely for me to leave my confort zone, get out there, and find some real sex.
However, when I'm not under "no fap", I tend to jerk off two, three times a week.
