What happens to my seed bonus points?

I'm not sure if this is the best forum to post this but then I'm not sure where else.
But what happens to bonus points:
1 It's an old torrent and there is no way to tell if the original uploader is still a member. If the uploader has gone and I give some bonus points will they be deleted from me but will they be given to anyone? Maybe be put into a fund for a staff Christmas party?
2 I give some points to a new torrent which is then removed following a DCMA notice. Will the original uploader still keep the points?
3 Likewise if I give some points to a torrent that is removed as a duplicate will the uploader keep the points?
4 A really silly thought. If I upload a torrent and give myself 40,000 seed points would I break the system, my account or the site ?

If the uploader shows as "Anonymous", chances are that staff can determine who the uploader is, otherwise, if it says uploaded by (Unknown), then it's from a user account that has since been purged from the system, and thus the points would go nowhere instead of to a user.

No… I was curious about this myself and tried it out on several occasions. The points will be added as though you gave them on the "Thanks By" section, however will not affect your total in any way.
