Swimming is the best cardio because I suck the most at it! Running, biking, cross-country skiing are all great cardio. Do what you enjoy the most. I switch it up based on the season.

i honestly just dance; keeping my heart rate at about 80% of maximum heart rate for 30-45 mins :crazy2:

it's fun, effective and doesn't really feel like working out lolHehehe… Dance is also my choice. Sadly, after a rather nasty car accident back in 2003, I was forced to quit. I've been thinking about going back to it though. Also, that being said, I have a great way in which to get my heart rate up.... It's called SVT lol

Swimming & Running are the best for me. Swimming is probably the best because you use every almost every muscle in your body, but I need the fresh air so I so more running, than swimming.
