Bonus stuck at 0.000

Hi, after I exchanged 600 bonus points I got my download rights back, and the ratio still works, but the bonus points got stuck at 0.000 even tho i haven't stop seeding, and it won't change if i vote categories either. This was a few weeks ago and still no changes.

Just a quick question: How many seed bonus points do you think to have exchanged on the 12th of August?

I exchanged 600 points and the seed bonus broke right after, I had like 603-ish, then went to 0.000. I cant remember if it was the 12th, I guess so, my ratio was low so i had to seed for a long time to get it back up. Not sure if this is what you wanted to know

@__kirakira123__: That confirms my thoughts. The log shows that you've exchanged within a second 3 times 600 seed bonus points (and got the upload credit).
If you look to the left panel to your forum posts, you'll see a negative seed bonus amount "--1071.375", means since the exchange, assuming 603 balance before, about 130 points were added. However negative balances are displayed in all locations except the form side panel as zero points and you can't see that movement.
As reference here the log extract:

So negative bonus values will display as 0.000 in a member's profile…
The true (negative) bonus values will be shown in any forum posts by the member...
AND the negative bonus values will eventually work their way back to being in the positive realm, and be displayed again, in the profile.
Good to log away (in memory) that double and triple clicks when trading in bonus points can cause this phenomenon!

no - there was a cache related raise condition causing this - i guess i have fixed this and it should not be possible in future anymoreas a little bonus, i paid "your" debts and reset all negative bonus accounts to "0" :cheers:
now they should raise as expected again :blind: -
So it's like I accidentally cheated the system? hahaha, I remember doing something like that, I thought the page wasn't loading so i clicked again. Sorry if this was an exploit, I ruined it for everyone now lol
Bonus are working fine now I think, currently 3.4
