As of late I have tried avoiding craigslist but I would say craigslist is likely where most of my online sex has come from, followed by BBRT, then the nudedudes, going back a few more years gay.com, adam4adam & men4sexnow also used to snare a few. Going back a few more years than that (to the time before I had a home computer) there was a telephone line that got a lot of action (although that time I replied "Yes I do" to the guy on the street who asked "Do you like big dicks?" I was never certain if he was who I was meeting off of the phone line or the guy who I hooked up with to blow off the guy I was meeting off of the phone line. to make a long story longer but possibly also more interesting while I was performing the oral business on his merchandise I stopped for a moment, turned my head away, threw up what I had been drinking & went back to his dick barely missing a beat. 30 seconds later I was invited back to his place in an area I was not familiar with, then introduced to what Whitney claimed was whack & shortly after that exposed to his porn collection which was very weird, consisting mostly of clippings from Sears catalogs but with the most indepth grapic stories that were I'll admit quite erotic but also very frightening. when he went to the bathroom I called a friend & said if I don't turn up or turn up dead have this call traced "this guy might have precious rub the lotion on it's body". when he asked "do you think we would get high faster from smoking acid?" I knew it was time to get out having discovered/developed a most intense allergy to that substance years prior) so yes to both questions regarding random sex.

I hope it only fair I get another question, which is: why haven't you posted for the randoms?

Yes. Craigslist is probably one of the best online hookup sources… free and way better than manhunt. Found a few good fuck buds on there. Grindr is probably #2.

I've used craigslist successfully in London - it's a great site to hook up for casual sex without all the messaging backwards and forwards. It's just a shame that it's not available much where I am now

To my shame….a lot of guys on Craigslist are married and looking for some cock on the side.
i have had some mind blowing sex from guys on CL but I have also had my fair share of shit shags and idiots.
My rule now is we must speak on the phone before we meet for the first time.

Yes, though I think smartphone apps have mostly replaced the need for Craigslist … which in turn was starting to replace the old cruising scene that existed way before my time. Tearooms and adult arcades and that stuff were the Grindr of their day, I think. I remember reading about busts in a local park when I was 15 and being so intrigued with the concept of it, haha.

There's also not much different (in my opinion) about going to a club with the full intent of getting laid within the same night, save for the fact that you have a better chance to make sure you wind up with someone you're really into and there's less judgmental, social stigma attached to getting your one-night-stand jollies that way.
