This one is a bit of a no brainer… Since I don't really follow sports, sex it is.

In your place, I would keep doing both, if you really like football. Like already said here, exercises can increase one's performance in bed. Or you can change to another kind of activity, if you prefer.

Seriously, go and do what you want. It's probably healthier to play football, but it's more important that you dexercise consistantly.
