i uploaded more than 15 pics that were totally relevant to the contents of videos but got credited for 4 only. Any reason for that? Thank you!

Without knowing specifically which pics you're referring to, they could have been disapproved for any number of reasons: inadequate size (smaller than 180x180 pixel or larger than 2mb), incorrect format (acceptable = jpg, png, bmp, tif, gif and psd), duplicate of existing pic, poor quality…
Staff really has no interest nor is there any benefit in disapproving additional picture uploads 'just because'

Right on…ya, its not instant.
A member of staff must first review then either approve or disapprove. There's only a handful of volunteer staff and a several hundred thousand members :mbounce: :mob: so sometimes you gotta be a little patient but we get to things. :hero: -

Also, please note that you do not get the SBP credit for the picture upload until it has been approved by a mod.
