Seeding problem

What does it mean when when all my seeding file turn red and the tracker' status becomes "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it" ? What can i do about it?

That typically means the tracker has an issue and you can't do anything about it. It will be resolved sooner or later.
If you use a VPN / Proxy service, it could be an issue with it, too.
