<![CDATA[Seeding problem]]>What does it mean when when all my seeding file turn red and the tracker' status becomes "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it" ? What can i do about it?

It will be resolved sooner or later.

If you use a VPN / Proxy service, it could be an issue with it, too.
