Wow, this is pretty ridiculous. Though with how the guy is acting calling everyone insults, I wouldn't be surprised if he did call Izzard that name and he just won't own up to it.

So Sainsbury's agrees they were at fault but you still side with the security guard? I'm assuming there was CCTV footage and that is why they are agreeing.
